In many other countries in the world, love locks or love padlocks have appeared a lot around bridges, fences, gates, or similar public fixture to symbolize couples’ love.
The history of love padlocks dates back at least 100 years to a melancholic Serbian tale of World War I. Nowadays, it has become a love movement in the youth.
Modeled after the love lock bridges in other countries, love lock bridges in Vietnam are hot spots for the young couples to show their love. There has been love lock bridges formed in Hanoi, Hue, Da Lat and Nha Trang and now in Da Nang.
“The Bridge of Love” which is going to be formed in Da Nang is a work in the clusters DHC – Marina which belongs to the project “Marina and water sports club” invested by the JSC DHC – Marina, a member of General JSC DHC.
This project is built next to the the stone statue named “The Carp transforming to a Dragon” and will be a good place for sightseeing and a marine dock of Da Nang.
“The Bridge of Love” in Da Nang will be soon the ideal place for couples to symbolize their love. The special thing is that the padlocks are only locked one time and there are no keys to open them, which represents for forever love.
